The Queen’s Cowboys
Robbie Robertson, Perry Jacobson and Bj Smith are horsemen who collectively represent almost a century of service to the Queen.
Staff Sergeant Robbie Robertson spent 28 years of service in the RCMP and has represented the Force at western festivals for many years since his retirement. His performances have been enjoyed across Canada, in the National media, on cruise ships, in Texas, Arizona and Great Britain.
Chief Perry Jacobson’s career with the Canadian National Parks Service spanned 29 years and when he retired, he was the Chief Warden at Banff National Park. He was a working rancher, rodeo cowboy and is the President of the Alberta Cowboy Poetry Association. Perry is featured at most prestigious western gatherings.
Sgt. Bj Smith was a member of the RCMP for 25 years. He is a horse trainer, riding, coach, ski patroller, wilderness survival expert and back country guide. His is the author of two books and has performed on cruise ships, major festivals and is a Will Rogers award winner.
These cowboys of the Queen all have a common goal, to keep the history and stories of the true west alive.
They will keep you in stitches, make you laugh until you cry & they can even get serious sometimes. A great Christmas gift for the person who has everything.
